Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

UK Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Delivery times and cost will be shown at checkout.
Next Day Delivery: Available for an additional charge, with the delivery service and cost shown at checkout.

Please note that Next Day Delivery applies to the delivery service once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays.

International Delivery

We may offer delivery to selected international destinations. Available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@mycharmingdead.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to redirect or replace the order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so that we can investigate and assist you.
